CrewOffice is currently available to invited testers. Testing is free: paid subscriptions and card checkout are disabled, and no trial automatically turns into a paid plan. Contact hello@crewoffice.ca for help. Operator details and terms will be updated before a paid public launch.
Using CrewOffice
CrewOffice helps you run your business. You must be authorized to act for that business, protect your sign-in details and provide accurate account information. You remain responsible for your work, customer communications, tax treatment and records. CrewOffice is not accounting, legal or tax advice.
Your 30-day trial
Your free trial starts when you verify your email and complete business setup. No card is required. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. After it ends, your account becomes read-only. Contact support if your testing period has ended; paid upgrades are unavailable during this test. Repeating setup does not restart the trial.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Before purchasing, you will see the plan price, currency, taxes and billing frequency. A purchased subscription renews until cancelled. You can request cancellation from Account controls and complete it with the payment provider. Cancellation is confirmed only when the provider records it; the page shows the confirmed end date. You keep paid access until that date. If the online control fails, contact support immediately so we can help stop renewal.
Refunds
Cancelling normally stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund or prorate the current paid period. Contact support about an incorrect charge or a refund request. This policy does not limit refunds, cancellation rights or other remedies required by applicable law, or any refund we expressly promise. This policy covers your CrewOffice subscription, not refunds you owe your own customers.
Your data and closing your account
Your business records belong to you. Export records and download files before deleting your company. Company deletion is permanent and includes your business records, stored files and sign-in account. Billing must be resolved first. A request awaiting billing review is not a completed deletion. Limited agreement, consent and provider billing records may be retained as explained in the Privacy notice; deleted CRM records are not kept for marketing.
Responsible use and service availability
Do not use CrewOffice for unlawful activity, unwanted bulk messages or unauthorized access. We may restrict access to protect the service or respond to misuse. We aim to keep the service available and protect your information, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintain the exports and independent business records you need.
Changes and your rights
Material changes to these terms will be identified by a new version and presented when acceptance is needed. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support with questions, complaints or requests for a copy of the terms you accepted.
CrewOffice ownership and licence
CrewOffice software, branding, designs and documentation are owned by Crew Office or its licensors. Your account gives you a limited right to use the service for your own business while your access remains active. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
