Proposed plan terms
One plan and optional services
One main plan is proposed for everyday customer, estimate, job, calendar, invoice and basic reporting work. Communications, marketing and an AI receptionist are proposed optional services. Features marked coming soon are not a promise of current availability. Prices and allowances will be published before purchase.
Included people and permissions
Two people are planned included: an owner and a technician. Each additional active seat is proposed at C$5 per month plus applicable tax. Final rules for invitations, inactive seats, removal and proration will be published before billing. Owners control permissions; purchasing a seat does not grant access to billing, payments or business settings.
Trials
The current private test provides working owner tools and a limited technician portal for 30 days after verified-email setup. It requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription. Future paid enrolment will require separate explicit checkout showing the amount and billing date. Adding a seat or service will not restart the trial.
Main price and founder decisions
The main subscription price and any founder offer are still being finalized. Older price examples are not purchase offers. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a price or place. Any future founder offer will explain eligibility, duration, renewal, cancellation and rejoining before enrolment opens.
Messages and usage
Before metered services are sold, we will show included allowances, additional-use prices, delivery restrictions and opt-out rules. Messages and AI use will not be described as unlimited. Provider processing fees are separate from subscription prices and will be disclosed before payment.
Renewal, cancellation and changes
Before checkout, customers will see the plan, options, currency, applicable tax, billing cycle, first charge, renewal amount, cancellation and refund rules, and what happens to access and records. Final terms will be versioned and any required acceptance requested. This draft does not change the current private-test Terms of use.
