What's new

Every update, newest first. You are on version 1.10.38.

What's ahead · Future plans

Version 1.10.38

October 8, 2026

What's new

  • Jobs now offer Resend booking email. A deliberate resend uses a fresh send ID; retries reuse that ID to prevent duplicate emails.
  • Original sends and resends stay in job History with the recipient, date, time and time-zone offset. New entries say accepted for sending rather than claiming inbox delivery.
  • Existing customer details, billing gates, opt-outs and earlier history are preserved. No email is sent automatically.

Version 1.10.37

October 8, 2026

What's new

  • Corrected ambiguous customer/property joins in booking emails and customer joins in estimate/invoice emails.
  • Retained existing-send reuse and missing-recipient protection; no automatic retries or messages.

Version 1.10.36

October 8, 2026

What's new

  • Faster Overview, paginated CRM lists and bounded Pipeline rendering for larger company books.
  • Active team members use the company workspace, with Settings, team administration and imports reserved for the owner. This is full-company member access, distinct from the assigned-job technician portal.
  • Interac e-Transfer details can be saved in default terms for new invoices; no payment is charged automatically.
  • Customers can reopen the booking form for more work, with install guidance. Corrected its script security nonce so the browser can run only the intended helper.
  • Updated booking-form regression checks for escaped business text, matching per-response security nonces and successful submission.

Version 1.10.35

October 5, 2026

What's new

  • Estimate Actions now includes Convert to invoice, with draft-only creation and existing-invoice reuse.
  • Approved estimates carry full selected scope, saved pricing/taxes/discount, property and PO directly; no fabricated job or customer message. Imported billing history and recorded deposits require review.

Version 1.10.34

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Bolder sortable headings with shaded icon controls, hand cursors, hover and keyboard focus feedback.
  • Calendar has softer grid lines, shaded weekdays/weekends, clearer day numbers and modern chevron navigation; existing views and scheduling behavior remain.

Version 1.10.33

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Larger, bolder column headings and open lists with soft gray horizontal rules.
  • Invoice lists show and search saved property addresses from linked jobs, including multiple properties, without guessing customer addresses or changing records.

Version 1.10.32

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Lists use separate customer, document/work, property, date, status and amount columns with clickable ascending/descending headings. Status counts move into one filter; search remains. Paginate at 50 records.
  • Selecting a list row opens the full record directly; Preview stays available separately. Estimate/invoice top controls collapse into Actions, estimates put the document first and keep Lost out of the main document layout; it remains in Pipeline and inside Actions. PO fields already exist; conversion now carries estimate PO into its job and onward to invoice.
  • Fix calendar day arithmetic to preserve local dates across time zones.
  • Phones default to Field view when no view preference exists; Full view remains selectable. Field home prioritizes today, timers and new estimate/invoice/job, with contact, notes and extra tools on demand. Permissions are unchanged.
  • Timesheets now offer Day/Week/Month review, compact table, search and an on-demand entry form. Recorded-time CSV includes source IDs, UTC times and decimal hours; it is not a verified QuickBooks import or payroll sync. Time reads paginate instead of silently stopping at 500.
  • Calendar retains Year/Month/Week/Day with a prominent range heading and popup date picker, connected month grid, today marker and status-colored saved visits. No bookings changed.
  • Clean white surfaces replace warm concrete and background grid. Trial notices retain the same readable banner everywhere.
  • Pipeline removes repeated creation controls and the work-at-a-glance panel. Contact shortcuts appear on hover/focus on desktop and remain visible on touch. Stage/follow-up controls collapse; existing Lost reason, undo and reversible deletion stay intact.
  • Waiting uses amber, invoiced/paid green and lost red consistently. No data, permissions, payment or email gates changed.

Version 1.10.31

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Customers, Estimates, Invoices and Jobs share the cleaner Clear table layout: aligned columns, compact status tabs, one search/sort row and remembered row spacing.
  • Select a name to preview the existing record’s saved scope and linked work. Open goes to the full record. Smaller screens use stacked rows and a preview panel.
  • Each estimate, invoice and job remains separate, even for the same customer. Multi-day jobs show each visit date under the original job number.
  • Repeated creation buttons and large list summary panels are removed. Trial notices are compact on these lists; setup, payment and access warnings remain visible.
  • Imported estimate dates use the original source date where available rather than the import timestamp. No records, amounts, permissions or pipeline stages are changed by the new layout.

Version 1.10.30

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Overview’s welcome guide can be minimized or hidden, then restored in Settings → Business profile. Your choice is remembered for your account in this browser.
  • Approved shows only approved estimates still needing an invoice. Invoiced work has its own view; summary counts and lists use the same rules.
  • Status sorting uses the visible status and a consistent document-number order. Show filters and sorting now explain what they do.
  • Invoiced estimates and paid invoices are green. Approved estimates needing invoicing are blue. Unpaid invoices turn orange after their due date, then red at 30 days overdue; labels still explain the status.
  • Invoice unpaid/overdue summaries exclude drafts and use remaining balances from recorded payments and confirmed historical settlements.
  • Fixed the missing estimate-detail Lost reason dialog and section. Pipeline and estimate details now use the same saved reason.
  • Jobs and due-date checks use the local calendar day. Historical job headings include the year and cards include the job number.

Version 1.10.29

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Marking work Lost opens the same optional reason dialog in Pipeline and estimate details. The reason belongs to that individual record and is shown in both places and its history.
  • Estimates marked Lost in Pipeline display Lost in Estimates and leave outstanding/awaiting-response views. Customer approval, signed documents, jobs and payments are preserved.
  • Pipeline has Undo and Redo for the last two moves during the current visit, including previous reasons. Undo stops if someone changed that record in the meantime.

Version 1.10.28

October 4, 2026

What's new

  • Every pipeline card has a menu with Delete from pipeline. Deleted cards can be restored without erasing customer, document, job or payment history or marking work Lost.
  • Paid, issued and imported invoices are protected from hard deletion.
  • Document copies and new document imports save their parent, lines and source history together. Existing imported work is held for review instead of overwritten automatically; invoice number collisions no longer invent replacement numbers.
  • Record archives include full CRM rows, saved signatures, issued snapshots, history, links and uploaded files alongside CSVs. Credentials and outside files are excluded; automatic restore is not available.
  • Customer job dates agree with the calendar. Duplicate customer/company display and release-note formatting are corrected.
  • Pipeline changes record previous/new values and the signed-in actor from this release onward.

Version 1.10.27

2026-10-04

What's new

  • Jobber quote imports correctly deduct discounts before calculating the taxable subtotal and tax. Invoice reports retain their already discounted pre-tax totals.
  • Quote imports stop for review when another document uses the source number, instead of silently assigning a different estimate number. Existing estimates and customer links are preserved.

Version 1.10.26

2026-10-04

What's new

  • Added In-person estimate scheduled between Contacted and Estimate sent, separate from a scheduled job.
  • Restored drag, Back/Next, Lost/Reopen and follow-up controls on individual estimate and job cards. Board progress saves separately from customer, approval and payment status.
  • Added a manual SMS follow-up shortcut that opens your messaging app with a work-specific draft.
  • Copied estimates identify their source number in Pipeline and History. Copying now stops on line-loading or saving errors rather than silently completing an incomplete draft.

Version 1.10.25

2026-10-04

What's new

  • Pipeline shows separate cards for each open estimate or job, even when the customer is the same. Each card keeps its own work title, property and document links. Work stages follow the linked documents; customer lead controls no longer move unrelated work together.

Version 1.10.24

2026-10-04

What's new

  • Buttons use consistent flat styling across the app, including pipeline estimate shortcuts and customer contact actions. Raised faces, bottom-edge shadows and press-down effects are removed.

Version 1.10.23

2026-10-04

What's new

  • Blank estimate signing lines stay off digital views and appear when printed. Recorded approvals show the customer's name, date and saved signature, with aligned fields.
  • Back buttons sit at the upper left above estimate, invoice, job and customer titles.
  • Corrected the pipeline's active record count to exclude lost records.

Version 1.10.22

2026-10-04

What's new

  • Imports keep full line descriptions when supplied by a detailed source and preserve them when creating an invoice from an estimate.
  • Re-imports will hold quotes and invoices with saved scope descriptions for individual review, rather than replacing their lines.
  • Exports read every page of each business list and stop the download if a query fails, rather than producing an incomplete archive.
  • Import guidance explains that summary reports can omit work details, signed PDFs and attachments. Previously missing text still needs recovery from original documents.

Version 1.10.21

2026-10-03

What's new

  • The pricing preview describes one main plan with two people planned included and individually added seats. Paid launch is coming soon.
  • Communications, marketing and an AI receptionist are clearly marked optional and coming soon. No payment or message sending is enabled by this update.
  • Extra seats are proposed at C$5 per person per month, plus applicable tax. The main price and any founder offer are still being finalized.
  • Pipeline estimate shortcuts are prepared in source; app deployment and signed-in acceptance are still required before confirming availability.

Version 1.10.20

2026-10-01

Easier everyday work

  • Customer pages now put call, text, email and directions shortcuts beside contact details, with quick links to start an estimate, job or invoice.
  • Service addresses can be edited from the customer page. Tax guidance now links straight to Location & taxes, where each tax is shown separately.
  • Estimates and invoices have clearer search and sorting controls, and simpler system fonts make pages easier to read.

A private technician pilot

  • Owners can create a one-time invitation link for a chosen technician and assign jobs. Accepted technicians have a separate portal for their assigned work.
  • Technician estimate drafts require the owner's explicit permission and start switched off. Drafting does not grant invoice, payment or business-settings access.
  • Wider team roles, worker timesheets and general availability remain in development. Customer card checkout and direct social publishing remain unavailable.

Version 1.10.19

2026-09-29

See how CrewOffice plans are taking shape

  • The website and app now show the free private trial, the proposed Core plan, and optional marketing tools side by side. Each button explains availability without asking for a card.
  • The plan preview makes clear that daily job work belongs in Core and that separate team logins, customer card checkout, and direct social posting are still in development.

Version 1.10.18

2026-09-29

Share approved job photos yourself

  • Approved before-and-after drafts now offer photo downloads, a copyable caption, and shortcuts to open Facebook or Instagram. You upload the photos in your own account; approval alone does not publish them.
  • Sign-up can generate a strong password and asks you to confirm it before creating an account.

Version 1.10.17

2026-09-27

See new enquiries while you work

  • When CrewOffice is open, a new website enquiry now pops up with a shortcut to Pipeline. Existing save and send actions also show their confirmation messages again.
  • Background phone alerts remain in setup until delivery can be tested on a real phone. Email enquiry alerts continue as before.

Version 1.10.16

2026-09-27

See tomorrow at a glance

  • Field view now shows tomorrow's booked jobs directly below today's work, including jobs planned across multiple days. Each row opens the job details.

Version 1.10.15

2026-09-27

A simpler view for work on site

  • Switch between Full view and Field view using the small button in the top corner. Field view puts today's jobs, arrival and time, customer calls, directions and photos within easy reach. The choice stays on this device.
  • People can join the early-access list on the CrewOffice website again. Requests appear in the owner's Early access list.

Version 1.10.14

2026-09-27

Easier to find your place

  • Calendar now remembers whether you last used the year, month, week or day view. New visitors start on month view.
  • Invoice and estimate sorting choices are visible as buttons, like customer sorting.
  • Our website now shows examples for more types of service work, so visitors can picture how CrewOffice fits their day.

Version 1.10.13

2026-09-26

Faster item suggestions

  • Product and service suggestions now put matching names first and keep long imported descriptions short, so you can find an item without a crowded list.

Version 1.10.12

2026-09-26

Clearer daily work

  • Your overview keeps important work in shorter, scrollable lists, with the trial reminder easier to spot.
  • Reports open on This month and let you compare the same dates last year.
  • Timesheets let you start and stop a job timer, record arrival, and correct time. You can switch arrival timers and in-app reminders off in Settings.
  • Price-list items you choose often on this device rise to the top as you type. Press Enter to choose the highlighted match, or keep typing your own item.
  • Customer sorting now has simple buttons for name, spending and newest first.

Version 1.10.11

2026-09-26

Pick up where you left off

  • Estimates and invoices now have a Back button. When you open one from its list, going back keeps the same view, sorting and place in the list.

Version 1.10.10

2026-09-26

A complete service address on website requests

  • The website request form now asks for a street address and town before it accepts an enquiry. Unit, province and postal code remain optional.
  • Jobs now has a Back to jobs button and remembers your list view and position when you open a job and return.

Version 1.10.9

2026-09-26

Clearer lead cleanup and customer updates

  • Disposable leads now have a Delete action in Pipeline with a confirmation. Leads with estimates, jobs, invoices or files stay protected.
  • Closed, declined and expired estimates no longer clutter the default working list. Closed estimates also appear under Finished and filed away.
  • Jobs and invoices now provide editable customer messages for your own email or text app. CrewOffice makes clear when saving a record or opening another app has not sent a message.
  • Invoices show when sending was recorded and distinguish CrewOffice email delivery from a manual “sent elsewhere” record.
  • Booked jobs now have an explicit customer email button and a visible send history. Saving a job alone does not notify the customer.
  • Pipeline cards show one line about the work, and Lost stays out of the main board until you choose Show lost.
  • The website request form places the service address before town and work description; its thank-you message sets a clear response aim.
  • Invoice “Newest first” and “Oldest first” now use the invoice date, not the date older records were imported.

Version 1.10.8

2026-09-26

A clearer Pipeline on your phone

  • Pipeline cards now show the customer's service, phone, email, location and follow-up date where available.
  • On a phone, choose a stage to see its cards without squeezing the whole board across the screen. On a larger screen, scroll the full board.
  • Follow-up date editing is tucked into each card, leaving the main view easier to scan. Your existing stages and customer records stay the same.

Version 1.10.7

2026-09-26

Find estimates that still need attention

  • Estimates now opens on records without a confirmed linked invoice. You can switch to All estimates or Invoiced whenever you need the full history. Older imports may need their invoice links reviewed.
  • Approved estimates linked to an invoice are labelled “Approved · Invoiced,” so they are not mistaken for work waiting to be billed.
  • CrewOffice remembers the estimate view you choose on that device.

Version 1.10.6

2026-09-26

Sign and keep a clear history

  • Customers can sign an estimate on their phone or computer when they agree to proceed. Their signature, printed name and date appear on the estimate.
  • If plans change, the business can close a sent or approved estimate with a reason. The original customer agreement remains in the history.
  • A booked job can be cancelled with a reason and disappears from the working calendar, while its record remains available. Linked invoices need review first.

Version 1.10.5

2026-09-26

Easier estimate decisions

  • Customers can agree to an estimate, request changes with a message, or decline it from their estimate link.
  • Sent estimates keep the version the customer received, so later edits do not silently change what they are reviewing.
  • The business can replace a shared estimate link if it should no longer open.

Version 1.10.4

2026-09-22

Clearer balances for past invoices

  • Paid invoices from an earlier system can show a zero balance in CrewOffice reports without recording a new payment.
  • The import page can check a paid report against invoices already in CrewOffice. It updates only clear matches and lists the rest for review.
  • QuickBooks imports keep CrewOffice's paid status when an older QuickBooks report disagrees.

Version 1.10.3

2026-09-22

QuickBooks history

  • QuickBooks invoice and estimate exports can now be reviewed and brought into CrewOffice.
  • Original QuickBooks totals, statuses, customer names and document numbers stay with each historical record.
  • If a number is already in use, CrewOffice assigns the next available number and records both numbers so nothing is overwritten.

Version 1.10.2

2026-09-22

Settings that stay in view

  • Settings now use a clear vertical menu like the main CrewOffice navigation.
  • Phones and smaller screens no longer need sideways scrolling to reach a settings section.
  • Choosing a setting on a smaller screen brings its controls directly into view.

Version 1.10.1

2026-09-22

Easier settings

  • Settings are grouped into Business profile, Location & taxes, Estimates & invoices, Schedule, Leads & website, and Import & export.
  • Each section opens on its own, making settings faster to find on computers and phones.

Safer tax setup

  • Tax names and rates now follow the selected province or region and cannot be changed accidentally.
  • Saskatchewan keeps GST at 5% and PST at 6% as separate taxes, while GST and PST registration numbers remain editable.
  • Each estimate or invoice can still include or exclude the available tax parts when needed.

Version 1.10.0

2026-09-21

What's new

  • The public website now explains CrewOffice features, careful record imports and future plans in plain language.
  • Visitors can join an early-access list and give clear permission to receive availability and product-update emails.
  • The private owner dashboard includes an Early access section and has a direct menu shortcut for the CrewOffice owner.

Improved

  • What's ahead now covers customer messaging, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage, team tools, job costing, route planning, opt-in GPS and practical AI without promising release dates or plan inclusion.
  • Production pages use stronger browser security headers and do not publish source maps.

Version 1.9.9

2026-09-21

Better Jobber imports

  • Paid Jobber invoices with nothing owing stay paid when they are imported or refreshed.
  • Payments collected in a previous system stay clearly separate from payments recorded in CrewOffice.

Version 1.9.8

2026-09-21

Clearer billing history

  • When one Jobber invoice covers several jobs, every verified job keeps the correct invoice link.
  • Overview, job pages and Reports now agree about whether historical work has already been invoiced.
  • Existing CrewOffice invoices stay unchanged while verified historical links are added.

Version 1.9.7

2026-09-21

More complete job history

  • Jobber imports include one-off jobs even when they do not have a scheduled visit.
  • The import steps now explain which Jobber report and date range to choose.
  • Finished jobs without a reliable invoice match stay available for review without being presented as new work to bill.

Version 1.9.6

2026-09-21

What's new

  • Basic reports for invoices, estimates, jobs and customer balances, with date/status filters, search and CSV downloads.
  • Recorded payments and historical settlements are shown separately for clearer import comparisons.
  • Reports identify missing dates and unresolved imported job links without treating them as new debt.

Version 1.9.5

2026-09-21

Improved

  • Job pages keep the customer, address, schedule and actions easy to scan. Original imported reports and visit history are preserved in expandable sections.
  • Printed job sheets omit the raw import report.

Version 1.9.4

2026-09-21

Fixed

  • Imported jobs with missing invoice links ask for an import review instead of telling you to invoice the customer again.
  • Imports flag duplicate contacts, conflicting customer details and ambiguous job references instead of silently selecting a match.
  • Invoice-to-job matching checks the customer and original references; multiple-job invoices are held for review.

Version 1.9.3

2026-09-21

Improved

  • Reviewed historical invoices paid in a previous system show the correct settled balance without creating a new cash receipt.
  • Imported Jobber discounts now preserve the original invoice total.

Version 1.9.2

2026-09-21

What's new

  • Merge duplicate contacts from a customer's details. Choose the main contact, review which details to keep, and confirm before their records are combined.
  • Related addresses, contacts, estimates, invoices, jobs and files stay together. The duplicate is archived, with its original details retained in the merge history.

Improved

  • Later document imports follow a merged contact's saved link to the main contact.

Version 1.9.1

2026-09-21

What's new

  • Add a simple service enquiry form to your website from Settings. Enquiries arrive in Pipeline with the customer's name, contact details, town and message. Street addresses are optional.
  • Choose Estimates or Quotes in Settings for your navigation and customer documents.

Improved

  • Pipeline sits immediately below Overview, followed by Estimates and Invoices.
  • What's ahead has a direct menu shortcut and a prominent link above release notes.
  • Customers show saved addresses, approved estimates, unpaid invoices and open work at a glance.
  • Customer addresses have separate street, unit, town, province and postal-code fields, with Canadian and South African formatting.
  • The owner dashboard distinguishes verified emails from accounts awaiting verification and refreshes every minute.

Version 1.9.0

2026-09-21

What's new

  • Keep separate default terms for estimates and invoices in Settings.
  • When you change document terms, choose to use them once or save them for future documents of that type.
  • See What's ahead alongside release notes, with planned areas clearly separated from available features.

Improved

  • Printing removes the app search, trial banner, shortcuts and screen-card borders, with a full-page layout outside the scrolling preview.
  • Invoice documents show the service address from their linked job when available.
  • Invoice terms appear in previews, printed copies and customer links. Clearing terms now keeps them blank, and existing documents retain their saved wording.
  • Future feature descriptions clarify that dates, pricing and plan inclusion will be confirmed before release.

Version 1.8.0

2026-09-19

What's new

  • Send a suggestion from Overview, with a category and your own message.
  • Private testers can turn release reminder emails on or off in Account controls.
  • Owners can copy release messages, select private testers, preview emails and review sending results.
  • Owners can review suggestions and mark them as Reviewed, Planned or Done.

Improved

  • Estimates and invoices have a cleaner paperwork layout, with a larger logo, clear document details, a simple item table and prominent totals.
  • Separate GST and PST lines, deposits, payment schedules and terms remain visible on the document.

Version 1.7.1

2026-09-19

Fixed

  • Shared estimate and invoice links use the official CrewOffice website address.
  • Document emails show the business name and CrewOffice, with replies directed to the business contact.
  • Customer-facing errors use clear support messages.
  • Address suggestions appear as you type, with clearer guidance when no match is available.
  • Customer estimates keep discounts, selected extras, taxes and percentage deposits consistent.
  • Approving or declining an estimate saves one complete response and preserves the agreed price.

Version 1.7.0

2026-09-19

What's new

  • Quotes and invoices have a proper document layout with your logo, your registration numbers, item names with the description underneath, a totals panel and a signature line. It is the same on your screen, on the printed copy and on the customer's link.
  • A Preview button shows exactly what the customer receives before you send it.
  • Email to customer sends the quote or invoice from the app, with a button through to the customer's own page, and marks it as sent.
  • Deposits can be typed as a percentage or an amount, and progress payments can be added line by line with a running total.

Improved

  • Edit, Preview, Print, Email and Mark as sent sit together at the top of a quote or invoice.
  • New quotes start with the standard terms saved in Settings.
  • Address suggestions start after three letters, show up to ten matches and now appear in the new customer box.

Version 1.6.0

2026-09-18

What's new

  • Account controls show the terms you accepted and provide company deletion with password confirmation. Accounts with billing history require support review before deletion.
  • A private owner dashboard shows signups, verification, trials and account status without opening customer business records.
  • Signup records agreement to the current terms. Business setup still starts a 30-day trial after email verification.

Improved

  • GST and provincial tax have separate rates, switches and registration-number fields. Quotes and invoices can select the applicable taxes without changing old paperwork.
  • Unsaved drafts belong to the signed-in account.
  • This free testing release identifies Crew Office's pending name registration. Paid checkout and marketing opt-ins are disabled during testing.

Version 1.5.1

2026-09-18

Fixed

  • Saskatchewan tax is clearly shown as GST 5% + PST 6% = 11% combined. The default tax box is labeled as the combined total.
  • Your paperwork name for tax follows your province instead of always saying GST/HST.
  • An invoice raised from a job now shows the same named tax lines as one you make by hand.
  • Invoice imports hold missing, conflicting, paid or reduced balances for reconciliation. An invoice balance alone no longer creates a payment. Held rows do not create extra customers or addresses, and existing payment history is protected.
  • All four quick-action buttons fit on a phone without sideways scrolling.
  • Signup confirmation returns to sign-in; password forms explain the minimum length and reset screens offer a way back to sign-in.
  • Business setup explains verification and validation errors while keeping technical errors private. The trial remains 30 days.
  • Logo uploads explain the supported image formats and 5 MB size limit before uploading.

Version 1.5.0

2026-09-18

What's new

  • Bring your past quotes and invoices over from Jobber, in Settings. Numbers, subjects, work addresses, dates, every line, discounts, deposits, taxes, PO numbers and job numbers all come across.
  • Invoices the file shows as settled arrive with a matching payment, so nothing shows as owing.
  • Optional lines on a Jobber quote stay optional extras the customer can tick on or off.
  • Anything Jobber sent that CrewOffice has no box for is kept on the record under "From Jobber".
  • Old finished quotes are filed away out of your working list, with their own "Finished and filed away" view.
  • Your numbering simply carries on from the last Jobber number, so nothing clashes.

Version 1.4.0

2026-09-18

What's new

  • A search box at the top of every page finds a customer, address, phone number, PO number, or a quote, job or invoice by number.
  • Every quote, job and invoice now keeps a short history: created, sent, opened by the customer, approved, invoiced, paid.
  • "Make a copy" on any quote or invoice, for repeat work.
  • Your standard terms are typed once in Settings and added to every new quote.
  • Public Terms and Privacy pages, linked at the bottom of the site.

Improved

  • Statuses are written in plain words everywhere — "Waiting on approval", "Past due by 6 days", "Booked in" — instead of one-word codes.
  • Quotes and invoices show each tax by name (for example GST and PST) instead of one lumped-together line, and the parts always add up.
  • Marking a quote or invoice as sent saves a frozen copy of exactly what the customer was shown, so later price changes never rewrite old paperwork.

Version 1.3.0

2026-09-18

What's new

  • Importing a price list or client list now asks how to handle records you already have: update and add, only add new, or replace everything.
  • You can tick several price-list items or customers and remove them together.
  • This "What's new" page, so you can see exactly what changed in each version.

Improved

  • Re-importing your Jobber files fills in missing details (cost, time, category, tax, IDs) instead of skipping the row.
  • Repeat addresses and contacts are no longer added twice when you import the same list again.

Fixed

  • Removing a customer or price-list item that already appears on a quote, job or invoice now switches it off instead of deleting it, so your history stays intact.

Version 1.2.0

2026-09-17

What's new

  • PO numbers on customers, quotes, jobs and invoices, carried across on import and onto the invoice from its job.
  • Line items now show the item name with the customer-facing description underneath, and the list opens as soon as you tap the item box.
  • Business hours are set for each day of the week, with closed days skipped when booking.

Improved

  • Client imports merge repeat rows, so one client with several addresses becomes one customer with each address as a property.
  • Every column from your Jobber files is kept against the record, even where there is no matching box yet.

Fixed

  • The price list no longer asks for a type of work.

Version 1.1.0

2026-09-16

What's new

  • Card payments for invoices and quote deposits, with automatic receipts by email.
  • A 30-day free trial, and a seven-day grace period if a card payment fails.
  • Password reset from the sign-in screen.

Improved

  • Deposits paid on a quote show as already paid on the invoice, so only the balance is charged.

Version 1.0.0

What's new

  • First release: customers, properties, pipeline, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, calendar, price list, taxes for Canada, the US and South Africa, and imports from Jobber and Markate.

What's ahead

We're improving Crew Office with feedback from the people using it every day.

Current focus

Reliable paperwork, smoother everyday use, and feedback on the private technician portal.

A simpler paid launch — coming soon

One main plan with two people planned included, individually added seats proposed at C$5 per month, and optional communications, marketing and AI services. The main price and service allowances are still being finalized. No paid checkout is enabled.

In private testing now

One-time technician invitations and assigned-job access. Estimate drafts start off and require the owner's permission. This limited pilot does not provide the full office account.

Next foundations — not available yet

Growing business tools
